Pre-Sales Support
If you have a Pre-Sales question regarding a product please contact us. We are easily accessible. Also, each of our product pages has a live help button where you can talk with an associate online.
Order Tracking
We know that once you place an order with us, you want to know when your items will arrive. Under most circumstances we can ship your order out the same day if ordered before noon M-F (MST). We update tracking numbers in our system as soon as possible, but please allow 24 hours. If you paid using the new Google Checkout your tracking number will appear in your Google Checkout account. If you paid using our standard checkout we will e-mail you a password and you can use our online order tracking service. If you have any questions about the shipping of your item please contact our shipping manager.
